Asbestos Register Template

This document is a template for an asbestos register.

An asbestos register is a document that lists all identified (or assumed) asbestos in a building. Its purpose is to ensure workers and contractors working in the building are aware of where asbestos is located so not to accidently disturb it.

Under the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011, an asbestos register is required for all commercial buildings built before 2004.
