Product safety recall: Petzl NEWTON (European Version) fall arrest harnesses

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission has issued a product safety recall for certain batches of Petzl NEWTON European version fall arrest harnesses manufactured in 2022.

The product recall is due to the possibility that these harnesses may contain defective FAST LT buckles, which may fail during use.

The recalled product was supplied by Spelean Pty Ltd and sold nationally from 1 July 2022 to 30 April 2023.
