Application for unrestricted electrical work licence

Use this form to either apply, renew or replace an unrestricted electrical work licence in accordance with section 55 of the Electrical Safety Act 2022 and Part 3 of the Electrical Safety Regulations 2024.

This form combines the old ELB Form 10, ELB Form 03 and ELB Form 09 from the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing Board.
