Statutory declaration for evidencing on the job electrical fitter experience for an unrestricted licence (SD-02)

This statutory declaration is to be completed by the employer or supervisor of a worker applying for a licence as an electrical mechanic and fitter to evidence the worker’s experience of on-the-job tasks.

This form replaces the old ELB Form SD02 - Electrical Fitter from the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing Board.
