Conditions of accreditation as an assessor for high risk work licence

The conditions of accreditation as an assessor for high risk work licence is issued by the Regulator. Accredited assessors are required to comply with the conditions pursuant to Regulation 121 of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011.

The purpose of the conditions is to establish a consistently high standard of assessment of individuals applying for HRW licences, to ensure that workers are competent to perform high risk work and uphold public and industry confidence in the assessment process.
