Guide for major hazard facilities – Safety assessment

The purpose of this Guide is to assist operators of major hazard facilities (MHFs) to prepare and conduct a safety assessment in accordance with the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011. The Regulations require operators of determined major hazard facilities (MHFs) to conduct a safety assessment in order to provide a detailed understanding of all health and safety risks associated with major incidents.
