This webinar will look at the importance of understanding, preventing and managing psychosocial hazards and associated risks in the workplace. Information provided will detail how the psychosocial hazards can lead to psychological (mental) and physical injuries to workers.
The webinar will cover a free and validated Australian psychosocial risk assessment survey, ‘People at Work’, that is easy to use to help to identify and manage work-related risks to psychological health.
The increasing cost of work-related psychological injuries in the Northern Territory will be addressed and the importance of an employer’s commitment to helping workers get back to work after a workplace injury.
