Review of the model WHS laws

​Public consultation to explore how the model work health and safety (WHS) laws are working in practice is now open.

Marie Boland is leading the review and would like to hear:

• what is working and why
• will it continue to work in the future
• what doesn’t work and why, and
• what we could do to make it work.

There are a variety of ways that you can share your views or experiences, such as making a written submission or participating in discussion forums. A discussion paper is available to help inform your feedback.

Written submissions are due by Friday 13 April 2018.
