Best practice review of the model Work Health and Safety laws

Territorians are encouraged to have their say during Safe Work Australia’s review of the model Work Health and Safety (WHS) Laws.

The purpose of the review is to strengthen and maintain harmonisation WHS laws across Australia. The review will consider jurisdictional differences from the model WHS framework and recommendations from recent reviews and inquiries.

Safe Work Australia has published a discussion paper outlining key issues and questions to assist with the consultation.
