2026 Expression of interest territory day wholesale licence

Individuals or businesses wishing to wholesale shopgoods fireworks must first submit an NT WorkSafe Expression of Interest (EOI) form.  EOI forms are made available annually following approval of Territory Day celebrations by the Northern Territory Government.

EOI’s are subject to police and jurisdictional checks which can take up to 28 days. If the nominated contact person is assessed as a fit and proper person, individuals or businesses may lodge an ‘Application for a Territory Day wholesale licence’.

EOI’s are required to be lodged with NT WorkSafe by no later than the second week of March each year.
