Application for restricted electrical work licence

Use this form to apply, renew, replace or add an additional endorsement for a restricted electrical work licence in accordance with Section 55 of the Electrical Safety Act 2022 and Part 3 of the Electrical Safety Regulations 2024.

This form replaces the old ELB Form 01b and ELB Form 03 from the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing Board.
