Contact with electricity is a hazard that all industries must manage in the workplace.
This webinar will cover how electrical safety is now regulated in the Northern Territory in a work health and safety (WHS) context, with the commencement of new electrical safety laws earlier this year.
Topics include the amendments of the WHS Regulations to remove the electrical safety provisions and how NT WorkSafe will deal with overlapping notification requirements between the two laws.
