It has now been more than 12 months since the commencement of the Work Health and Safety Regulations relating to the management of psychosocial hazards in the Northern Territory.
This presentation will provide an update on how these amendments and the management of psychosocial hazards has progressed here and in other jurisdictions.
Has the amendments been successful in addressing the concerns?
The Regulator will also discuss a number of recent prosecutions involving psychosocial hazards and risks, and how the matters have been dealt by the Courts and Tribunals.
