Guide and information on NT WorkSafe inspectors functions and powers

Get to know WorkSafe Inspectors, their powers and functions under the legislations administered by NT WorkSafe.  This guide provides detailed information on how NT WorkSafe inspectors respond to incidents and safety concerns notifications (cases), including what they look for, and how they would usually proceed in carrying out their enquiries into any particular case.  It also touches upon the powers and the notices that inspectors may use in gathering information and evidence in the course of their enquiries.  Although there are, from time to time, cases that may require a more specific or particular approach by our inspectors in their enquiries, this guide provide an overview of the usual and standard way in which NT WorkSafe inspectors would deal with cases assigned to them.
