Return to Work Regulations

The Return to Work Regulations provide a more detailed set of requirements created to support the duties established in the Return to Work Act 1986.

Like the Return to Work Act 1986, the Return to Work Regulations set out standards that need to be met for specific activities and reporting, such as definition of worker, prescribed diseases and procedures for mediation.
