Two residential homes have been contaminated with asbestos, after tradesmen inadvertently damaged asbestos containing material (ACM) in the homes.
Revised bulletin outlining requirements for electrical work on meter boxes and consumer switchboards in existing homes
An information bulletin has been revised detailing the requirements for replacing meter boxes or switchboards, including the addition of solar or generator inputs, or the changeover of a kilowatt hour meter and meter isolator in existing homes.

NT WorkSafe has issued a Safety Alert to highlight the risk of serious crush injuries when unloading heavy machinery from tilt tray trucks when available safety equipment isn’t used.
